The Director of Business Development, Navy and Marine Corps, provides senior leadership for sales execution and long-term business development within Department of Defense (DoD) Navy and Marine Corps programs. Reporting to executive leadership, this role is accountable for strategic account development, pipeline health, and alignment of NOBLE's capabilities with customer mission needs. The Director role focuses on shaping demand, guiding complex customer relationships, and directing opportunity development efforts, while partnering with capture leadership for formal pursuits. Success in this role is measured by strategic pipeline growth and quality, strength of senior-level customer relationships, revenue growth and contribution to awarded programs, and development and effectiveness of BD team members.
