This role is an opportunity to define the future of video creation at Adobe. You will shape a flagship product that combines generative AI with professional grade precision, enabling creators to move fluidly from ideation to final production!

What you'll do

  • Lead the product roadmap by identifying high impact opportunities, prioritizing features, defining success metrics, and supporting end to end delivery.

  • Build powerful workflows that span AI image generation, video clips, and full timeline based editing.

  • Partner closely with engineering, AI research, design, user research, and platform teams to deliver a cohesive and scalable studio experience.

  • Enable seamless collaboration across teams, supporting shared projects, versioning, review, and complex production workflows.

  • Integrate Adobe's AI capabilities and flagship product strengths into a unified, intuitive video studio experience.

  • Ensure creators can move smoothly from generative exploration to precise, deterministic control as projects mature.

  • Drive rapid iteration through prototyping, experimentation, and close engagement with creators and professional users.

  • Shape Firefly Video Studio's role within Adobe's broader Creative Cloud and AI platform strategy.

  • Share the product vision inside and outside Adobe, incorporating feedback from creators, enterprise customers, and partners to guide product direction.

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high performing team of product managers, setting a high bar for product craft, clarity, and execution.

What you'll need to succeed
  • 10 or more years of product management experience, including leadership of large scale, complex products.

  • A deep understanding of AI video generation workflows, AI models, and advanced film making techniques in AI film production

  • Proven experience building video creation, editing, or production tools used by creators or professional teams.

  • Experience delivering products that support both individual creators and collaborative, enterprise scale workflows.

  • Experience leading product in a matrixed organization and influencing across engineering, design, research, and go to market teams.

  • Strong product judgment across both exploratory, AI driven experiences and precise, professional grade workflows.

  • Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous product spaces and turn them into cohesive, shipped platforms.

  • A builder's mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and learning through shipping.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to align senior leaders and cross functional partners around a clear product narrative.

  • Experience with AI powered creative tools, media workflows, or studio production systems is a strong plus.

  • Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
