As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will support operations through strong communication, accurate reporting, and customer service for associates and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the facility interior, exterior perimeter, parking areas, and loading dock areas to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Control access at entrances and/or vehicle gates by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, managing sign-in logs, and directing deliveries to the appropriate staging areas.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services, preserving the scene when required, and documenting actions taken.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems, complete shift reports and incident documentation, and communicate clearly with Allied Universal leadership and onsite personnel during shift transitions.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
