Tennant Is currently seeking a Finance Manager (FP&A) at our global headquarters in Eden Prairie, MN. This role is a part of the Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis team and serves as Enterprise Finance Business Partner. The finance manager will work closely with senior leaders to deliver strategic insights, drive financial performance, and support key Enterprise planning and reporting processes and systems. Responsibilities will include Enterprise management reporting, investor relations reporting, key business performance indicators, driving planning and forecasting processes, and continued evolution of financial systems and tools.

General Responsibilities include:



  • Provide accurate, timely, and informative business insights to key stakeholders
  • Analyze key business drivers, KPIs, and performance metrics to support business decisions
  • Lead the monthly forecasting and annual operating plan processes for key business areas
  • Partner with business leaders to understand performance trends and forecasts
  • Support corporate annual operating plan and forecasting processes and deliverables
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize management reporting systems and tools
  • Build relationships across teams globally to drive consistency and standardization in reporting, forecasting, and analytics
  • Proactively enhance and develop new reporting tools and processes based on changing business needs
  • Manage and contribute to ad-hoc corporate finance projects and strategic analysis as needed



Required Experience & Education:



  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in progressive financial analyst or manager roles
  • Strong working knowledge and understanding of financial statements, planning cycles, and key business metrics and drivers
  • Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling, business analytics, executive and management reporting, annual planning
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working in a global organization preferred
  • Experience with SAP S4 Hanna, OneStream, Power BI preferred
  • Ability to operate independently while contributing to a collaborative, high performing team

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $105,100- $162,700

Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Tennant Co. reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualifications of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity. Total Compensation = Base Salary + Benefits
