Penn United Technologies, Inc. is now accepting applications for seasonal summer employment to work in our plant maintenance team. We are looking for students who are currently enrolled in either high school or college and who can bring a positive attitude and great work ethic to this SEASONAL (summer) opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Duties will include assisting our plant maintenance team in a variety of responsibilities such as lawn care, trimming hedges, maintaining flower beds, pulling weeds and painting the buildings at any of our Butler County sites (Cabot, Sarver, and Saxonburg).
• Report to work on-time with a positive attitude, follow the instructions of your team leader, and be ready to learn and accomplish tasks.
• Perform well by meeting supervisor's expectations
• Ask relevant questions and ask for help with processes or tasks not understood
• Follow all safety and quality plans in accordance with company programs and policies

Qualifications:

• Candidates must be currently enrolled in a high school or college program
• Position requires walking, bending, stooping, the ability to lift 40 lbs. and to operate lawn care equipment such as mowers and trimmers
• Students must be in good academic standing at their school
• Must be able to be arrive on time and with a positive attitude and work ethic
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Shift: Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 3:00 pm
