Why this Role Matters As The Associated Press continues to diversify its revenue base by investing in itsconsumer-facing business, we are seeking a Sr Director, Reader Revenue Growth andAcquisition to lead strategy and execution for our fast-growing consumer donationsbusiness.This is a revenue leadership role accountable for scaling recurring donations by expandingand activating engaged consumer audiences and converting that engagement into durablefinancial support for AP's journalism. You will drive growth through scalable systems,lifecyclestrategies, funnel optimization, and experimentation.Thisrelatively newline of business holds significant growth potential and is a key area ofinvestmentacross the organization. What You'll Do: This person drives growth, user acquisition, and retention to maximize recurring donationrevenue and LTV. In this role you will blend marketing, product, and data to design andoperatescalable growth systems that turn audience reach into durable financial support.You will manage the donor lifecycle across acquisition,conversionand retention throughfunnel design and optimization, lifecyclejourneysand experimentation -- working closelywith product, engineering, and editorial partners.With a compelling brand value proposition and the underlying infrastructure in place toscale growth, youhave the opportunity tomake an immediate impacttothe AP's bottomline. Who You Are:
Location: This position follows a hybrid work model based in AP's New York headquarters. AP employees are onsite three days a week, Tuesday,Wednesdayand Thursday. Salary & Benefits: The anticipated salary range for this position is $190,000 - $220,000, based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, and location.
