Plan Reviewer
Responsibilities Summary The Plan Reviewer analyzes residential construction drawings and documentation to ensure compliance with applicable building codes, with emphasis on the Federal Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards (HUD Code). The role may also involve code compliance reviews for residential and commercial projects. This position requires strong organization, independent problemsolving, sound judgment, and the ability to build effective professional relationships. Onsite presence in Ashburn, VA is required up to two days per week. Key Responsibilities
Review architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, thermal, energy, and fire safety designs for compliance with HUD standards and referenced codes (NFPA, ANSI, etc.).
