Job DescriptionThe Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) team is a world-class commercial organization experiencing high double-digit growth as we expand into new payment flows and continue to grow our core card solutions. VCS works closely with Financial Institutions and FinTech's to bring payment solutions and associated services that meet the needs of Small Businesses, Growth Corporates, Large Enterprises, Multi-Nationals and Governments around the world.Within VCS, Embedded Payments is core to Visa's growth strategy in delivering capabilities that improve our client's business-to-business (B2B) payments experience and expand those capabilities beyond regular card products and traditional use cases. The Director, GTM & Partner Marketing for Embedded Payments will lead the planning and execution of VCS' Embedded Payments go-to-market (GTM) initiatives through targeted, high-impact strategic marketing and activation efforts. Orchestrating across both Visa and partner teams, this role is responsible for supporting key enabler partnerships across ERPs, AR /AP providers and accounting platforms, and will help drive their commercialization globally. It blends strategic GTM planning with execution across partner activation, account-based marketing, and integrated campaigns, including compelling ways to communicate potential and realized value to clients. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Product, acting as the GTM owner for Embedded Payments initiatives. The person in this position will be key in shaping how partners and clients understand and engage with Visa's embedded payment solutions. They will play a hands-on role in partner marketing execution, influence the partner experience, and ensure consistent delivery of a high-quality GTM strategy that accelerates adoption. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated builder who thrives in driving cross-functional initiatives and understands how to communicate the value of embedded payments to both technical and non-technical audiences. They will have a good understanding of B2B payment products and strong background in crafting commercialization strategies, refining and driving high level thought leadership narratives, as well as product level messaging and enabling regional GTM and activation teams for success.
