Position Summary The Parts Manager is the team leader for the entire branch Parts Department and is responsible for ensuring that customer needs are met at the highest level. The Parts Manager will support all department personnel building a culture of teamwork throughout the company. Essential Responsibilities & Expectations
Qualifications Education * High school diploma or the equivalent Experience * Experience working a parts counter preferred. Experience using personal computers including Microsoft Word and Excel and basic typing skills are required for this position. Must possess or demonstrate ability to quickly acquire the following required Skills and Competencies: Skills and Competencies * Telephone, verbal, and written communication * Microsoft SharePoint * Microsoft Dynamics 2012 AX * Purchasing System * Microsoft Word - Basic * Microsoft Excel - Basic and Intermediate Job Training * Supervisory skills training * Business communication skills training * OSHA and MSHA required training * Vendor technical sites (Infocast, Liftnet, SIMSI, etc.) * Compliance training Safety Summary Working Conditions Work is normally performed in an office or warehouse environment.
