As a new graduate at ENERCON, you will be expected to actively engage in various tasks and responsibilities crucial to the success of our projects. You will be tasked with learning and applying codes and standards for designing projects, being organized and efficient, having a positive attitude towards learning and feedback, collaborating with senior engineers and scientists for field data collection, and adapting to new software systems. It's important to ask questions, use available resources, and connect classroom knowledge with practical industry work.
