The VP of Commercial Operations will architect and lead the end-to-end revenue operations strategy supporting Sales, and Customer Success. This executive will drive forecast accuracy, go-to-market planning, commercial performance strategy, inspection rigor, and customer lifecycle operational excellence.



What you will do


Revenue Strategy & Planning



  • Partner with the SVP Strategy, Operations & Enablement to develop annual revenue plans and capacity models
  • Assist quota modeling, territory alignment, and segmentation strategy
  • Own revenue forecasting methodology and governance
  • Design and execute KPI framework for sales and customer success


Sales Operations Leadership



  • Implement best-in-class pipeline inspection and deal qualification standards (e.g., MEDDIC)
  • Drive forecast accuracy within 5%
  • Harden SOPs across the regions
  • Optimize sales process from lead to close
  • Measure and track GTM campaigns and sales blitzes through pipeline and deal velocity


Customer Success Operations



  • Develop operational framework for onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion
  • Implement retention forecasting and churn analytics
  • Harden SOPs across the regions
  • Build health scoring models for enterprise healthcare customers
  • Align CS metrics to NRR and expansion targets


Data, Analytics & Systems



  • Own revenue reporting, MBR, QBR, and board-level analytics
  • Build executive KPI reporting cadence
  • Lead revenue tech stack optimization (CRM, BI, CPQ)
  • Ensure clean, accurate, actionable data governance


Team Leadership



  • Build and lead a high-performing Revenue Operations team
  • Create culture of accountability and operational excellence
  • Standardize inspection cadences and executive reporting



What you will bring



  • 10+ years in Sales or Revenue Operations leadership, with healthcare SaaS or RCM experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales teams ($100K+ ACV deals).
  • Proven success scaling revenue in high-growth environments.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and CRM expertise.
  • Executive presence and SLT/ELT communication skills.



What we would like to see



  • Bachelor's degree (MBA a plus)
  • Experience using Salesforce & Gainsight
  • Involvement with HFMA
