Lakeside Foods is excited to announce an opening forGeneral Managerat ourRiverside Foods Facility in Two Rivers, WI-a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing packaging and production operations, driving performance, and fostering a culture of excellence and safety.

What You'll Do

As General Manager, you'll be the cornerstone of our Riverside Foods facility's success. You'll:

• Lead and develop management teams across packaging, production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain.
• Oversee day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency, food safety, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and food safety standards.
• Champion a proactive safety culture focused on both plant safety and employee well-being, including oversight of safety training, audits, and incident prevention.
• Collaborate with corporate and regional leadership to align operations with strategic goals.
• Manage budgets and recommend capital improvements to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Support and enforce programs that maintain Lakeside's reputation as a high-quality, safe food producer.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations, with progressive leadership roles.
• 5+ years managing cross-functional teams including packaging, production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of plant operations, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Experience managing warehouse, shipping, and logistics functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
