WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
- Directly lead assigned data center programs and assist sales with achieving revenue growth targets for our high-density liquid cooling products (HDLC) from a remote home office, anywhere in the US.
- Facilitate multi-functional support for assigned programs around opportunity management and strategy.
- Focus on maintaining margins by driving pricing and making appropriate adjustments based on inflation and current market trends.
- Partner with sales on winning new business on key accounts, driving effective quoting, and supporting HDLC sales teams.
- Work with HDLC leadership and sales teams to ensure timely customer responses on front-end tasks such as quotes and back-end tasks such as field and service requests.
- Support internal and external programs and business reviews as requested.
- Work with engineering to prioritize and/or justify resource allocations for the project to be successful.

YOU HAVE:
- Ideally, 5+ years of experience in the data center industry, specific to servers, and high-density liquid cooling (HDLC) products, with several years in project/program management.
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
- Knowledge of sales processes, CRMs, and operations is a plus.
- General knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and manufacturing of systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Project management processes, and analytics tools is a plus.
- Demonstrated skills in contingency planning, effectively implementing schedules, and rapid changes in customer demand.
- Skill in conflict resolution, including the ability to address differences of opinion or fact and use the most appropriate method to reach an effective solution.
- Ability to develop projects and initiatives, measuring and delivering results.
- Ability to work 100% remote from a home office anywhere in the US, and travel 30-40% of the time on average. A valid driver's license is required.

Pay Transparency nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply. This position is posted in multiple locations and as such, the expected job-based pay scale may vary based on the location per the table below: Compensation Range: Geographic Region A: $107,100.00 - $198,900.00
Geographic Region B: $89,300.00 - $165,800.00
Geographic Region C: $98,200.00 - $182,300.00
