Job Summary
Lead relationship between internal business stakeholders and IT project delivery teams.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead relationship between internal business stakeholders and IT project delivery teams
- Drive industry best practices within the technology framework
- Lead large programs and projects adhering to industry best practices
- Identify opportunities to expand system utilization or training gaps in the business
- Identify and design end to end solutions that limit customization
- Effectively articulate how to execute strategies and shape technology solutions, partnering with delivery teams and providing mentorship to business analysts when appropriate
- Define set of strategic, core and support capabilities that surpass functional and organizational boundaries
- Identify and describe external entities such as customers, suppliers, systems and data that interact with the business
- Identify which people, resources and controls are involved in the processes; research, evaluate and recommend solutions to drive effective business solutions
Education and Experience Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or IT related field and 8 years of related experience
Required Skills
- At least 6 years of experience mapping business processes and operations to develop integrated business architecture for SAP ERP system and satellite applications
- At least 2 years of experience performing functionality design for SAP ERP system, or satellite applications, ensuring proper integration and interfacing with SAP to run business transactions
- At least 2 years of experience defining functional specifications with business and technical teams to support SAP ERP system functionality documentation design and delivery
- At least 5 years of experience implementing, configuring, testing, and maintaining SAP ERP modules including Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Controlling,General Ledger, and Accounts Payable to execute end-to-end business processes and ensure system functionality aligns with business requirements
- At least 4 years of experience ensuring SAP system compliance with country-specific localization requirements for tax and legal reporting
Work Environment
