Job DescriptionThe Senior Manager, Global & NA Social Content Producer is part of the VISA Creative Studio Team- This person reports to the Sr Director Production and works closely with the VP of Visa Creative Studio and the Social Studio Team. Critically, this individual will embed within the Social Studio to produce social-first content for our key audiences, brand and sponsorship moments. They will also help lead our transformation AI-Enable Creative and Agentic Workflows that create impact. This role sits at the center of the Social team with deep experience producing social content and experience with social platforms, AI agents, automation pipelines, technical workflows, and cross-functional orchestration. You are the person who ensures that the production system functions efficiently and that we are working with AI systems, human teams, and creative processes that actually work together - reliably, safely, and at scale. This is a hybrid role that combines social producer, project manager, AI workflow architect, and creative operations lead responsibilities. You'll work directly with our agency partners, our brand teams, legal, and our cross functional regional teams, AI/ML partners, Data Science, Technology and data privacy to ensure that social content is produced effectively and that we are scaling agentic workflows, generative content tools, and automation systems to deliver value - not chaos. Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 153,700.00 to 246,200.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
