Performance Manager - Device Solutions

Location: Los Angeles, CA (local candidates required). This role may require occasional onsite work with our client in Los Angeles.
Compensation: Up to $150,000 annually, plus a 10% bonus
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Performance Management at Insight is a strategic, outcomes-driven discipline designed to optimize service performance by aligning program execution with our customers' broader business objectives. As a Performance Manager, you will serve as the primary Insight brand ambassador for a dedicated enterprise client. This role is accountable for driving the performance, quality, and profitability of the client's full program portfolio while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. You will own the overall client budget, lead program execution, and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes.

Reporting into the GETMod Center of Excellence (COE) within Insight's Device Solutions line, this role blends strategic leadership, operational rigor, and innovation. Modern delivery requires adaptability across multiple delivery methodologies, and you will apply the right approach at the right time to ensure client success.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role ideal for a seasoned leader who thrives in complex environments and is motivated by continuous improvement and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client point of contact and trusted advisor, representing and elevating the Insight brand across the account
  • Own and manage the overall client budget, ensuring financial performance, profitability, and transparency
  • Inspect, assess, and optimize the client's operational environment to improve performance and efficiency
  • Drive program execution by aligning stakeholders, ensuring accountability, and coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Develop and manage detailed project and program plans, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes clearly and effectively to client stakeholders and internal leadership
  • Establish and lead strategic inventory forecasting to support operational and business objectives
  • Champion innovation across Insight internal teams and client-facing business units to continuously enhance value delivery

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in program or project management, with a strong focus on client-facing initiatives
  • Expert presentation skills
  • Experience presenting to and working comfortably with C-level stakeholders
  • Strong ability to navigate client issues and concerns and drive effective resolutions
  • Proven experience managing complex client portfolios, budgets, and cross-functional teams
  • PMP certification preferred; candidates willing to commit to obtaining their PMP within the first year of employment will also be considered
