Operations Services Representative Location: Concord, CA 94520 Start Date: March 23 Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM About the Role We are seeking a detailoriented Operations Services Representative to support core credit union operations and deliver exceptional service to members. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in banking or credit union operations who thrive in a fastpaced, servicefocused environment and enjoy working across multiple functional areas. The Operations Services Representative plays a key role in account maintenance, transaction processing, member research, and call support, while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive member experience. Key Responsibilities * Process member requests across multiple operational work queues, including: * Address and contact updates * ATM/Debit card ordering and maintenance * Fee reversals * Inactive account activation * Overdraft protection setup and changes * Funding new memberships * Stop payments and check ordering * Account transfers and ACH setup/maintenance * Open and close basic memberships and subaccounts * Process domestic and international wire transfers * Handle levy processing and related documentation * Conduct account research and provide clear, accurate written responses to members and internal teams * Manage inbound and outbound calls in accordance with authentication and phone etiquette standards * Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system * Balance daily workloads and reconcile completed work * Review daily and monthly operational reports per documented procedures * Identify trends or system issues affecting members and escalate appropriately * Troubleshoot and resolve member issues within assigned authority while meeting service level agreements * Provide backup support to Operations Services team members * Maintain uptodate knowledge of credit union policies, procedures, products, and services * Complete required security, compliance, and regulatory training Required Qualifications * Experience in banking or credit union operations * Strong customer service and call center experience * Solid understanding of financial account maintenance and transaction processing * Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills * Ability to manage multiple work queues and meet deadlines * Proficiency with: * Windows operating systems * Microsoft Office Suite * Data entry and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) * Strong problemsolving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications * Prior credit union experience strongly preferred * Familiarity with internal credit union systems and workflows * Experience with Scimitar and/or MeridianLink is a plus * Candidates without Scimitar or MeridianLink experience will be considered if they have relevant banking or credit union experience Why Join Us? * Stable schedule with consistent business hours * Opportunity to work in a collaborative, memberfocused environment * Exposure to a wide range of credit union operations * Ability to grow operational expertise within the financial services industry Upon review of your application, you may be contacted by a TEKsystems recruiter via phone or email to schedule an interview.
