Your Role at Reputation

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Corporate Marketing & Communication to lead and execute our brand, thought leadership, content, social media, PR, and analyst relations strategies.

This role will serve as the steward of our brand narrative and voice, ensuring consistency, clarity, and competitive positioning across all external and internal channels. The ideal candidate is both a big-picture strategist and an operator who stays close to execution, agency management, and social engagement.

This role will be responsible for strengthening brand awareness, positioning our platform as an industry leader, amplifying executive thought leadership and ensuring our messaging is grounded in market reality and customer value.

How You'll Shape the Experience:

Brand Strategy & Thought Leadership

  • Develop and execute an integrated brand and thought leadership strategy aligned to company growth objectives and positioning.

  • Create a cohesive narrative that clearly communicates the value of the Reputation Platform to our ICP and key stakeholders.

  • Drive executive visibility through bylines, speaking engagements, research reports, and strategic media placements.

  • Partner cross-functionally to identify emerging industry trends and translate them into compelling content and positioning opportunities.

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Own the comprehensive content strategy across web, blog, research, campaigns, and multimedia formats.

  • Oversee development of high-quality content including: white papers, research reports, case studies, campaign kits, infographics, videos, blog posts, and byline articles.

  • Ensure alignment between content, product launches, awareness campaigns, sales enablement, and research initiatives.

  • Maintain close involvement in content creation and editorial direction to ensure strategic consistency and quality.

Organic Social & Audience Engagement

  • Lead the organic social media strategy across platforms, optimizing for brand growth, engagement, and audience expansion.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop compelling social and video content showcasing customer success, industry expertise, and company culture.

  • Stay close to social performance, platform trends, and emerging formats to ensure competitive visibility.

Public Relations & Analyst Relations

  • Serve as the senior point of contact for global PR agencies, ensuring effective media pitching, press releases, rapid-response commentary, and thought leadership placements.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to increase media visibility and strengthen brand positioning.

  • Manage analyst relations rhythm of business, including briefings, inquiry calls, and tracking upcoming research to ensure accurate representation of our platform.

  • Support crisis communication planning and executive messaging alignment.

Internal Communications

  • Partner with HR and executive leadership to align internal messaging with company strategy, values, and culture.

  • Support enterprise-wide communications that reinforce brand clarity and employee engagement.

Performance & Optimization

  • Establish and monitor KPIs across content, PR, analyst relations, and social channels.

  • Leverage data and analytics to refine strategies, improve engagement, and maximize impact.

  • Continuously evaluate competitive landscape and adjust positioning accordingly.

The Skills That Set You Apart:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in corporate marketing, communications, brand strategy and content leadership

  • 7+ years of leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and agency relationships.

  • Strong background in content marketing, PR, analyst relations, and organic social strategy, ideally within SaaS or MarTech.

  • Deep understanding of digital trends, SEO, and thought leadership development.

  • Exceptional storytelling, writing, and executive communication skills.

  • Proven ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.

Where You'll Connect & Collaborate:

Your main HQ is our Scottsdale, AZ or Lehi, UT office, but we know great work can happen anywhere. You'll have the flexibility of a hybrid schedule, joining us in person on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (subject to change) and working from home the rest of the week.
