Description: What you'll be doing Another Source's client, The University of Texas at Arlington, is recruiting a Director of Development for the College of Science to join their Development and Alumni Relations team. What you will be doing: The Director of Development will secure private and voluntary support from alumni, friends, corporations, and foundations on behalf of UT Arlington and the College of Science. This role manages a portfolio of 80-100 major gift prospects and is responsible for identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors in close partnership with the Dean and academic leadership. The Director serves as a strategic fundraising partner to the College of Science, advancing philanthropic priorities while collaborating closely with colleagues across Development and Alumni Relations to execute integrated fundraising strategies.
