Description: What you'll be doing Another Source's client, UNC Charlotte, is recruiting a Campus Property Officer to join their team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is an onsite position based in the Facilities Management Building.

As the university continues to grow, real property strategy and compliance are critical to ensuring responsible stewardship of public assets and alignment with state and UNC System policies.
About this role:
The Campus Property Officer serves as the university's subject matter expert for all real property matters. This role oversees the administration, compliance, and strategic coordination of UNC Charlotte's real estate portfolio, ensuring every transaction aligns with university policy, UNC System regulations, and North Carolina state statutes.
From acquisitions and leases to sales, exchanges, gifts, and bequests, you will manage complex real property transactions that require collaboration with university leadership, the UNC System Office, the State Property Office, and governing boards. This is a highly visible role that blends strategy, compliance, financial analysis, and stakeholder engagement to support the university's long-term growth and operational success.
