SCOPE/CONTACTS:

Provide support to more senior Trust Officers through assisting with client communications, meeting preparation, coordination of account transactions, preparation of materials for customers and/or other Officers as well as other projects as determined necessary. Internal contacts include clients, Officers, Bank Board members, and employees. Outside contacts include attorneys, accountants, other centers of influence, and prospects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Incumbent is responsible for assisting in the client on-boarding process, preparation of materials for client meetings, research account issues, facilitating client requests, creating and managing monthly spreadsheets, learning various software systems, and other projects as necessary.
  • Additionally, may administer a small book of clients depending on need and performance.
  • Actively participate in a culture of relationship development and service, support the values of the organization and follow established policies and procedures.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferred area of study in Accounting, Finance or Business.
  • Networking, relationship development, business development/sales, critical thinking and communication skills are also required.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, self-motivation, dedication and critical thinking/reasoning skills are extremely important.
