GENERAL FUNCTION

The Operations Implementation Manager is responsible to support development and lead strategies and initiatives focused on improving onboarding experiences before, during and after sites' transition/integration to drive immediate operational/process execution to ultimately improve top line growth and bottom-line operating income savings.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Deliver operational implementation and onboarding strategies of the company's systems and operating platform to onboarding practices
  • Deliver special projects, as required to optimize efficiency and consistency of execution
  • Support continuous onboarding programs with sites
  • Manage operational execution pre, during, and post integration to ensure field sites are fully onboarded with the company's policies, operational processes, and standards
  • Support new initiative launches, observe, and assess team member adoption, and leverage key learnings to update training materials and tools
  • Partner with cross functional teams to identify and implement tools and processes that enhance the patient experience and drive standardization and efficiencies
  • Collect feedback from field sites to generate improvements in future projects, operational model and initiatives
  • Build cross functional relationships with corporate and field partners to proactively evolve best practices to drive operational excellence
  • Stay abreast of existing capabilities through regular worksite visits, field communication, focus groups and operational improvements
  • Travel required to support practice integration and special projects as the business needs


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of related experience (initiative execution and onboarding, integration, etc.)
  • Strong working knowledge of healthcare clinics and/or eyecare retail environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence/negotiate at various levels in the business
  • Able to create communications and disseminate for readers to understand and act upon
  • Able to work in ambiguity using critical thinking to provide innovative solutions
  • Ability to travel approximately 50-75% of the time
