Description The Department Manager - Installation is responsible for leading and growing insulation operations across residential and commercial projects. This role provides full oversight of field and office operations, including estimating, job costing, labor planning, subcontractor strategy, safety, quality, financial performance, and sales support and business development efforts. The position requires regular job-site presence, strong leadership, and data-driven decision-making. Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Work Environment: This position operates primarily in a professional office environment and regularly uses standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and other business machines. The role also requires periodic work in field environments, which may involve exposure to varying conditions such as heat, cold, heights, dust, dirt, indoor and outdoor settings, and confined spaces. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: Travel: The position is approximately 50% field-based and 50% office-based and requires regular job-site presence.
