Magnet Program Director Office of the System COO - Adult Services Full Time 88140BR Job Summary The Magnet Program Director (MPD) at UCSF Health serves as a key strategist and is responsible for leading, coordinating, and sustaining all aspects of the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program designation and re-designation processes across the health system. Reporting to the System Chief Nurse Executive (CNE), this role provides strategic leadership to advance nursing excellence across the health system by integrating Magnet standards into organizational structures, professional practice models, shared governance, quality outcomes, and nursing engagement initiatives. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $166,700 - $250,700 (Annual Rate).
