Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Must be a U.S. citizen (U.S. born or naturalized) living on U.S. soil who does not hold dual citizenship with the ability to meet customer and government screening standards applicable to this role.

PLEASE NOTE: Qualification for this job is contingent upon acceptable results from a background investigation as well as your having and maintaining the specific level of U.S. government background investigation and clearance required for this role.

About This Role

We're seeking an innovative, mission-driven product leader with a proven track record of taking bold ideas from concept through execution - turning them into real-world impact. Salesforce Missionforce is focused on enabling the U.S. Department of Defense and U.S. Public Sector to accelerate decision-making, mission readiness, and digital transformation.

Lead the strategic evolution of Missionforce's AI and Automated Data Curation portfolio. Empower government agencies to move beyond centralized cloud analytics and deploy high-performance, autonomous intelligence to the edge.

You will be responsible for building and scaling a Mission-Ready Data Factory. This platform will automate the ingestion, high-fidelity labeling, and fine-tuning of massive unstructured datasets (imagery, signals, and sensor data), transforming raw information into specialized models that power AI in disconnected or high-security environments.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute vision, strategy, and roadmap for MissionForce product offerings - especially in Trust, Compliance, Security, Privacy, Scalability, Accessibility, and mission readiness.

  • Dive deeply into product/platform architecture to ensure it supports key requirements of defense/public sector: secure cloud operations, AI/ML-enabled decision support, operational resilience.

  • Architect a secure, data-labeling and curation suite. Lead the development of tools that use AI to label data for AI, enabling rapid fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision (CV) models

  • Lead the definition, planning, and delivery of feature work and compliance efforts, coordinating across development, testing, UX/design, security, legal, and ops teams.

  • Collaborate closely with customers, partners, Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), User Experience (UX), and User Research & Insights teams to identify opportunities and validate solutions.

  • Define and execute the product strategy for Missionforce, including developing a new pricing and packaging model focused on customer outcomes.

  • Collaborate closely with customers, partners, Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), User Experience (UX), and User Research & Insights teams to identify opportunities and validate solutions.

  • Drive the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for new products and features to ensure a successful launch.

  • Lead cross-functional product launch activities, ensuring sales and marketing teams are equipped to drive adoption and revenue.

  • Partner with the Salesforce AI Research and Data360 teams to port commercial innovations into specialized, sovereign-cloud environments.

  • Evangelize product value internally-Salesforce teams, engineering, public sector leadership-and externally: government customers, prospects, events.

  • Establish and track clear success metrics; ensure visible progress every release toward closing gaps and maturing capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Must be a U.S. citizen (U.S. born or naturalized) living on U.S. soil who does not hold dual citizenship with the ability to meet customer and government screening standards applicable to this role.

  • Minimum 7+ years in technical Product Management, with a focus on Machine Learning (ML) Infrastructure, Data Labeling, or Edge Computing.

  • Minimum 7+ years product management experience; significant leadership (Director or similar) strongly preferred.

  • Proven ability to set a compelling product vision and lead cross-functional teams to deliver in regulated, high-stakes environments.

  • Experience building and executing 2 to 3-year roadmaps that anticipate and respond to mission and market needs.

  • Deep knowledge of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), including hybrid models, multi-cloud strategy, and secure cloud operations for government.

  • Expertise in Sensor Fusion: Experience working with diverse data streams, including Full Motion Video (FMV), Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), and telemetry.

  • Understanding of mission readiness: fast deployments, operational resilience, performance under constraints (latency, availability, scale) in austere or edge environments.

  • Experience with large-scale data integration, processing, and derived insights in government or defense settings.

  • Strong experience in stakeholder management: aligning product, field teams, government customers, compliance/legal stakeholders.

  • Top Secret Clearance preferred. Ability to obtain a clearance required.
