Job Summary

We're seeking an Integrated Marketing Producer to drive end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns for our most promising new game releases and major content updates. This is a highly cross-functional role designed for someone who excels in operational excellence, thrives on coordinating across teams, and has a passion for marketing and games.

As part of the marketing team, you will support initiatives spanning creative development, paid media, analytics, developer marketing, creators/social, editorial, PR, and game production to ensure campaigns launch successfully, on time, and at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns and activations from planning through post-launch analysis
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across creative development, paid media, editorial, PR, developer marketing, analytics, and production teams
  • Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, resource plans, status reports, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Track campaign performance and synthesize data into actionable insights and executive-ready reports
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment through clear communication, structured check-ins, and proactive issue resolution
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement scalable operational solutions
  • Ensure campaign deliverables meet quality, brand, and performance standards



Key Qualifications

Required

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing operations, program/project management, or related roles within gaming, mobile apps, or digital entertainment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects from concept through launch
  • Experience building scalable processes, developing timelines, securing resources, and removing blockers to drive successful execution
  • Proficiency with project management tools and cross-functional collaboration platforms
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns, including media planning, creative development, channel optimization, and performance measurement
  • Knowledge of the mobile gaming landscape, player engagement strategies, and relevant analytics platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and levels of leadership
  • Proven success in deadline-driven environments, including work with distributed or international teams
  • Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement


Preferred

  • Passion for games and interactive entertainment
  • Familiarity with international marketing considerations and regional campaign execution


Additional Requirements

  • This opportunity is located in Cupertino/Culver City, CA and requires hybrid work
  • The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $75 per hour
  • This position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health insurance, and 401(k), depending on tenure and hours worked
