The Role at a Glance


Working collaboratively with the agency, you'll be the backbone of our office and administrative functions.




  • Financial Tasks: Secure receipts for accounts payable, manage client finances, and prepare agency deposits.


  • Coordinate Care: Assist with coordinating medical and other appointments and notify all appropriate personnel.
  • Documentation: Initiate and complete required forms to document appointments or medical updates accurately.
  • File Management: Maintain organized files and perform data entry in electronic health records and other electronic systems for accuracy and compliance.
  • Communication: Provide updated medical information to teams to prepare for annual person centered plannig.
  • Logistics: Ensure Electronic Health Records on each individual are in Therap with accuracy and up to date.

  • Office Support: Keep things running smoothly by ordering supplies and handling general administrative duties.




SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday, 40/hrs week, other hours (evenings) for community networking events may be required. Position located in Wichita, KS

Requirements
What You'll Need


  • Experience: High School diploma (or equivalent) and at least 1 year of office experience.



  • Skills: Proficiency in computers (PeopleSoft, spreadsheets) and standard office equipment.



  • Mindset: A professional, team-oriented attitude with a knack for meeting deadlines and maintaining confidentiality.



  • Essentials: Ability to drive and a commitment to our values of belonging, connection, faithfulness and grit.
