Your Role

The Technology organization leads the design, development, and operation of the company's core platforms and digital products, leveraging engineering excellence, data, and AI to accelerate innovation, deliver reliable solutions, and scale business impact.

The Chief of Staff reports directly to the Chief Technology Officer and serves as the CTO's trusted advisor, strategic partner, and operational leader. This role enables clarity, alignment, and disciplined execution across the AI & Data organization, ensuring that strategy translates into sustained, measurable results.

Acting as an extension of the CTO, the Chief of Staff drives strategic focus, operational rigor, and cross-functional delivery across a complex, matrixed environment. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, communications, and transformation-designing the operating mechanisms that help leaders make high-quality decisions, scale capabilities, and consistently execute at a high level.

Your Knowledge and Experience



  • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, technology, data/AI, or transformation leadership roles
  • Demonstrated experience operating as a Chief of Staff, strategic advisor, program leader, or senior strategic operator
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence executive level audiences and drive cross functional alignment
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and systems thinking ability; comfort navigating ambiguity to create clarity
  • Proven track record leading complex, high impact initiatives in a highly matrixed environment
  • Experience with organizational design, planning cycles, operational governance, and large scale program delivery
  • Experience in AI, data science, machine learning, engineering, or digital transformation environments preferred
  • Familiarity with Technology Business Management, service design, portfolio management, or enterprise operating models preferred
  • Demonstrated success introducing new frameworks, processes, or structures at scale preferred
  • Expertise in operational excellence, planning, and complex program leadership preferred
