We are seeking a high energy and motivated Production Support Technician to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring efficient material movement and execution, enabling operations to be successful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving Materials:

• Accept and inspect incoming shipments to ensure materials match purchase orders .
• Document discrepancies, report damage, and coordinate with the procurement team for resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of all received items in inventory management systems.

• Warehouse Operations:

• Store materials in designated warehouse locations, ensuring items are properly labeled and organized.
• Perform regular cycle counts and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Monitor storage conditions and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

• Material Handling:

• Transport materials from the warehouse to production areas as required, ensuring timely delivery to meet production schedules.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Manage return-to-stock processes for unused or excess materials.

• Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of material movements and transactions.
• Generate daily or weekly reports on material usage, inventory levels, and discrepancies.

• Collaboration:

• Work closely with production teams to understand material requirements and proactively address shortages.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure seamless operations.

• Housekeeping and Safety:

• Ensure the warehouse and material-handling areas are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Follow all safety protocols and participate in regular safety training.

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    
    
    
    
    
    
    • Experience:
    
    
    
    
    
    
    • 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, material handling, or production support in a manufacturing environment.
    
    
    
    
    
    
    • Skills:
    
    
    
    
    
    
    • Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes.
    • Ability to operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment (certification preferred).
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
