Executive Service HR MANAGER 2 Department of Military Administrative Services Nashville, TN Salary: $7,458 monthly Closing Date: 03/09/2026This position can work 25% remotely from home after completing 6 months of training. Who we are and what we do: The Tennessee Military Department is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Human Resources Manager 2. This role serves as a key member of the HR leadership team, assisting the Human Resources Director in the oversight and execution of comprehensive HR operations supporting the Administrative Services Division, Army National Guard, Air National Guard, and the Tennessee Emergency Management Agency (TEMA). The Human Resources Manager 2 provides direct supervision to professional HR staff and plays an integral role in workforce planning, policy implementation, employee relations, and strategic HR initiatives. This position functions in a senior leadership capacity and may act on behalf of the HR Director as needed. Qualified candidates should possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with demonstrated experience in human resources management and supervision.
