Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery Location: Los Angeles, CA 90012 Shift: Days, Nights, Weekends & Holidays 12-Hour Shifts \| 36 Hours per Week Duration: 13-Week Assignment( Possibility of extension) Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor & Delivery for a 13-week assignment in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two (2) years of recent acute care experience in a Level I Trauma Center within a metropolitan setting serving a diverse patient population. Experience circulating for C-sections and proficiency in advanced fetal monitoring are required. Role & Responsibilities Triage and assessment of obstetric patients. Management of routine and high-risk labor and deliveries. Care for emergent, urgent, and scheduled C-sections. Circulating nurse duties for C-sections. Advanced fetal monitoring. Post-operative recovery care. Breastfeeding education and support. Neonatal resuscitation. Accurate and timely documentation. Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum two (2) years recent acute care experience in Labor & Delivery. Experience in a Level I Trauma Center. Experience circulating for C-sections. Proficiency in advanced fetal monitoring. Required Certifications: (All certifications must be valid prior to assignment start date) BLS (American Heart Association). ACLS (American Heart Association). NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program). FMC. MAB or CPI. LA City Fire & Life Safety Card (City of Los Angeles). LA County Employee Health Clearance.
