- 3+ years in sheet metal fabrication or stainless-steel manufacturing
- Prior leadership or lead worker experience
- Ability to read blueprints and operate fabrication equipment.
- Strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Experience with coated stainless steel preferred
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Full-time, on-site role in a fabrication shop environment with occasional overtime.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and understand work instructions, technical documents (cut sheets), safety policies, company policies, and procedures. Ability to complete written documentation. Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and superiors.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to apply basic math skills including adding and subtracting whole numbers and fractions. Ability to accurately read a tape measure to 1/32".
