Job Function Summary: Maintains access to capital markets and investment-grade credit ratings and provides investment management, cash management and investor relations for the organization. Develops, maintains and enhances relations and communications between the organization and the investing public, shareholders, bondholders and financial professionals to enhance the standing of the organization's equity and debt. Monitors changes and trends in investment markets and determines appropriate strategy. Key Responsibilities Accounting/Finance Management Provides strategic and functional leadership for the Investor Relations (IR) program, setting the direction for all investor-facing communications, materials, and engagement activities. Leads the company's interactions with equity analysts, institutional investors, and shareholders, ensuring clear, accurate, and strategically aligned communication of company performance, strategy, and longterm value. Oversees analysis of market trends, investor sentiment, and peer benchmarking to inform executive decisionmaking and strengthen external messaging. Provides technical oversight of the specialized Investor Relations function, ensuring highquality disclosures, consistent messaging, and adherence to relevant IR standards and expectations. Ensures enterprisewide alignment of the financial narrative across FP&A, Accounting, Legal, Corporate Communications, and the Office of the CFO. Establishes, maintains, and continuously enhances IR processes, governance practices, and disclosure standards to meet evolving investor, regulatory, and market expectations. Functional Leadership Exercises comprehensive functional and industry knowledge in specialized areas; identifies and resolves complex multidimensional business problems; exercises delegated authority over planning, direction and timely execution for a functional area or program; establishes and maintains contacts with management levels within and outside the company and at government agencies and with industry experts in accomplishing function or program objectives. Financial Management Sets strategy and develops plans, policies and processes for the accounting, budgeting and, where applicable, charging of department resources and services, including the definition of cost models and charging models; sets, negotiates, approves and manages all financial budgets and targets, ensuring that there is adequate funding for department objectives and plans. Resourcing Oversees workforce planning and resource strategy across multiple departments, ensuring that there is adequate skilled resource to meet planned service delivery or department objectives; ensures integration with strategic human resource plans; responsible for recruitment, development and demand forecasts for multiple departments. Professional Development Determines organizational development needs in line with business needs and strategic direction of departments; generates development strategies to achieve required change; monitors progress and evaluates business benefits achieved. Education/Experience Education Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Experience Typically 12 or more years in related field. Computer use (use computer regularly for entire work shift) Environment Office environment - hybrid - 3 days #hybrid Compensation Range: $143,780.00 - $267,020.00Actual total compensation, including a performance based incentive bonus, is commensurate with experience, skills, qualifications, education, training, and internal equity. While we anticipate the selected candidate for this position will fall towards the middle or entry point of the compensation range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.
