HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO

Responsible for the billing of projects and collaborating with project managers for architectural, engineering, consulting, and construction design projects domestically and internationally.



  • Prepare client invoices for assigned office(s) /region(s)accurately and timelyon a monthly basis.
  • Review consultant invoices for accuracy according to contract/budget and timeliness of payments.
  • Review consultant invoices against project budgets and correctly code to project/account.
  • Understand and execute contract terms per client contract.
  • Work with Project Managers to understand project progress related to billing.
  • Review work in progress and explain large variances.
  • Collection correspondence and coordination of invoices.
  • Review projects to ensure completeness on invoicing.
  • Assemble documentation for billing audits.
  • Assist with year-end audit schedules.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Minimum2years of related experience required.
  • Associates degree in Accounting or related field is preferred.
  • Baseline knowledge of general accounting practices.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and self-sufficiency in most aspects of the job.
  • Must have strong communication skills, exceptional time management and planning skills with the ability to multitask, maintain and prioritize deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong Excel skills required. Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint, a plus.

The salary range for this position to be filled in the Buffalo, NYoffice is $57,600to $72,000 annually.This salary range is the range we believe is the anticipated range of possible base compensation at the timing of the posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the anticipated salary range for the position. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses. We offer a full benefit package including medical, dental and vision coverage and flexible spending account options and voluntary insurances. We have paid time off, flex-time schedules, remote work options and a 401k plan and employee perk programs.
