Now Hiring Quality Technician Lima, OH Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM \| Mon - Fri Be the Reason Every Product Passes the Test As a Quality Technician in Lima, you'll be the one making sure every piece coming off the line meets top standards. Your attention to detail keeps production running smoothly and customers coming back. What It Takes to Keep Quality Tight Know-How: High school diploma or GED preferred. Training or experience in production or manufacturing is a big plus. Experience: 6 months to 1 year in inspection, quality, or line work helps you start strong. Familiarity with BRCGS standards and ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 is a plus Attention to Detail: You catch the "small stuff" that keeps the "big stuff" moving. Physical Ability: Stay on your feet, move with the crew, and lift (up to) 40-50 lbs when needed. Attitude: Reliable, steady, and proud to be the one who keeps things right.
