• Minimum of 5 years of business experience, preferably in a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, filtering required)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-confident and comfortable interacting with clients and customers
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
• Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively

• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing professional and solution-oriented support
• Analyze and organize data using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, filtering)
• Monitor project details while maintaining awareness of overall objectives and timelines
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet team and company goals
• Problem-solve effectively and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain accurate documentation and clear communication with internal teams and clients
