FOX is looking for a Senior Vice President of Tax Reporting & Compliance! The Senior Vice President, Tax Reporting & Compliance will oversee enterprise-wide tax reporting, compliance, and planning. You'll ensure global operations adhere to evolving federal, state, and international tax laws while shaping strategies that support growth and profitability.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead all federal, state, and international tax reporting and compliance activities across the organization

  • Establish internal controls and implement automated processes to enhance accuracy and audit readiness

  • Stay ahead of global tax regulatory changes and guide the organization's response to new legislation and case law

  • Partner closely with Legal, Finance, Treasury, and Operations on complex tax matters, business expansions, and transactions

  • Serve as the primary contact for external tax advisors, auditors, and government agencies

  • Develop and execute tax planning strategies related to multi-jurisdictional revenue, intellectual property, and incentive optimization

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing tax team in a fast-paced environment

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • CPA

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in tax compliance, reporting, and planning, including at least 5+ years in senior leadership

  • Experience in public accounting, large enterprises, or publicly traded multinational organizations

  • Extensive knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and international tax laws, including global reforms (OECD Pillar 1/2, BEPS, GILTI, FDII)

  • Background in digital media, entertainment, broadcasting, or similarly complex tax environments

  • Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex tax concepts for senior leadership

  • Proficiency with ERP systems and tax technology tools

  • Exposure to tax considerations in M&A, global IP structuring, and digital monetization models

  • JD, MBA, or master's in taxation

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $296,000.00-414,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
