Position Overview:

As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing lubrication maintenance on machinery and equipment in our steel mill. Your work will help ensure the longevity and efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine lubrication tasks on machinery and equipment.
• Monitor oil levels and replace lubricants as needed.
• Inspect and maintain lubrication systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist with troubleshooting mechanical issues related to lubrication.
• Maintain accurate records of lubrication activities and inventory.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a lubrication or maintenance role preferred.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
