Position Summary Join a compassionate, collaborative health care team where your clinical expertise makes a measurable difference in patients' lives. As a key provider of psychosocial care, you will conduct thoughtful, comprehensive assessments; partner with the medical team to create and implement person-centered plans; and connect patients and families with community supports that reduce stress and promote recovery. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
