Job Description

The Corporate Compliance Intern will support the Corporate Compliance team in executing ongoing compliance activities across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with distribution and tracking of quarterly CIA management certifications.

  • Support needs assessment and HCP engagement submissions within the HCP Engagement Manager system.

  • Analyze AI chat inquiries by reviewing chat logs, assessing response accuracy, investigating unanswered questions, and preparing dashboard summaries to identify trends.

  • Support Compliance Monitoring activities, including review of key business activities across Sales, Marketing, and Research & Development functions.

  • Record monitoring results in the compliance monitoring system and assist with development of executive summary decks.

  • Participate in quarterly review sessions with Compliance Leadership to discuss monitoring results.

  • Contribute to special projects across the Corporate Compliance department.

Skills Required:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience working with MS Power Point

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.

  • Experience using analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel and/or Power BI.

  • Ability to be onsite during designated inperson collaboration days.

Majors: Business Administration, Communications, Finance, Law, or other business degree

Working Conditions: hybrid role; 3 days/week onsite
