The RoleAs we continue to grow as QuidelOrtho, we are seeking a Material Handler II responsible for distributing, assembling and storing finished goods into the sales warehouse or customer locations, perform materials receipt, disbursement and related activities as directed. Creates and reports Process orders for Finished Goods Manufacturing. Responsible for raw material staging and processing as well as the creation and processing of Finish Goods shipments according to detailed approved procedures and execution of scheduled tasks within a cGMP environment. Ensure materials are available to meet production schedule. This position is responsible for quality and maintaining the highest standards in compliance within company policies, procedures, and all applicable regulations. Accountable for adhering to all EHS guidelines. This position is in Pompano Beach, FL. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm The Responsibilities

The work environment characteristics are representative of a manufacturing, laboratory, or warehouse environment. The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; climb, bend and stoop; and reach with hands and arms for extended periods of time. Is frequently required to communicate with coworkers. Ability to lift up to 40lbs. Work with blood, blood products and chemicals. Overtime is required, as necessary. Shift work may be required, as necessary. Periodic exposure to 2-8C temperature controlled coldbox during product transfer. Salary TransparencyThe salary range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, geography, and abilities of the candidate, in addition to internal equity and alignment with market data. At QuidelOrtho, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary range for this position is $20.75 to $23.38 hourly and is bonus eligible.
