Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Drive whitespace analysis to uncover category, consumer, and market opportunities.

  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations and new business opportunities.

  • Build compelling and inspirational customer presentations, workshops, and events.

  • Develop customized value propositions aligned with specific brands, regions, and customers.

  • Lead Fine Fragrance marketing strategy and execution in partnership with commercial teams.

  • Partner with Creative, Evaluation, and Consumer Insights teams to craft strong storytelling.

  • Monitor competitive activity, consumer trends, and market intelligence to inform development.

  • Identify and communicate new fragrance themes, inspirations, and opportunity spaces.

  • Strengthen fragrance projects through data-driven insights and strategic positioning.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in Beauty or Fine Fragrance.

  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to extract insights from market and consumer data.

  • Proven storytelling, branding, and concept development skills.

  • Excellent presentation, writing, and communication capabilities.

  • Graphic design comfort for visually engaging decks (PowerPoint; Adobe a plus).

  • Project management skills with ability to lead and coordinate initiatives.

  • Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Curiosity and willingness to develop olfactive and product expertise.

  • Experience within a fine fragrance house or inhouse beauty/fragrance marketing team.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure.
