Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

  • Estimated annual base pay: $93,000(minimum) - $121,000(midpoint) - $149,000(maximum)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leader and Mentor for team of Project Coordinators with responsibility for NPI Hardware flow, Inventory, and meeting Project Milestone
  • Staff Development: Maintain and improve a skilled team through talent management processes, performance reviews, salary planning, training matrices, level progressions, and staffing
  • Standard Work Processes: Create, maintain, and improve standard work processes and best practices for the team
  • Goal Alignment: Break down organizational goals into actionable activities and support other engineering groups during critical situations
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Implement and support systemic and process improvements to enhance product development velocity.
  • Responsible for NPI SIOP activities, including reviewing Master Schedule requirements with Program Managers
  • Running reports, such as MRP/material planning (demand & supply), excess inventory, and shipments
  • May have direct responsibility for some projects
