Station Manager Overview: The Station Manager is responsible for the assigned operations station, the Amazon fleet operations and passenger operations. Perform all duties regarding direct supervision of line MX vendor, OAL and Sun Country maintenance personnel. Prepare reports concerning pertinent aspects of the aircraft maintenance operation, and for identification of problems requiring special attention. Conduct all maintenance and related tasks in a safe and efficient manner complying with all local, state, and federal safety and health regulatory requirements, programmatic standards, and with any internal policies and procedures identified by Sun Country Airlines. Compensation: $110,000.00-130,000.00. This is the base compensation hiring range for this role. Classification: Full-time, Exempt Working Location: This position is open in San Bernardino, CA (SBD Airport) Supervisory Responsibility: Responsible for all maintenance operations at outstation Work Environment: This job operates in the maintenance hangar and ramp area. This role is routinely exposed to all weather elements. Physical Demands: Work is performed while standing, sitting and/or walking. Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision and hearing. Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations. Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching. Requires the ability to lift, carry, push or pull medium weights, up to 75 pounds. Requires activities involving being around moving machinery, exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust, fumes and gases.
