Job Description

Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM

Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 an hour depending on experience

As a Contract Review Administrator you will:

Review customer Quality, Engineering and Specification requirements to ensure that we are capable and compliant with those requirements. Providing interpretation and feedback during the initial contract review phase regarding customer requirements, and performing a final review prior to receiving the customer's PO.

What will my responsibilities include?

  • Verify that customer POs awarded meet the terms outlined in the quote in regards to price, lead-time, part revision and any special notes
  • Pull customer PO's from customer portal and record onto daily log and upload into the document management system
  • Entering PO into ERP system and create Customer Order number
  • Prepare, maintain, process, review and compile a variety of reports
  • Respond verbal and written requests for information from internal sources
  • Coordinate with Contract Review Administrator
  • When necessary as backup, review blue prints, quality manuals, Terms and Conditions ensuring correct revisions are being used
  • Other reasonable duties as business and operational needs dictate
  • Interpret customer drawings / specifications / Quality Manual/ PO clauses and Terms and Conditions to ensure we are meeting requirements
  • Provide support during estimations phase to ensure we have proper understanding of customer requirements
  • Verify that any first article requirements are defined as applicable
  • Ensure that any trade compliance requirements are defined and Trade Compliance officer is aware
  • Provide statistical PO data accurately and timely to management
Qualifications

What key skills and experience do I need?

Education and Experience:

  • Requires high school diploma, or equivalent

  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service or manufacturing office environment and hands-on experience with ERP systems

  • Requires working knowledge of computer, scanner, facsimile machine, copier and any other standard office equipment

  • Basic math skills and the ability to utilize a calculator

  • Intermediate working knowledge in the MS Office suite: Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Requires ability to assess facts and develop conclusions
