Your Impact
As the Ethics and Compliance (E&C) Senior Manager, you will work out of one of our posted office locations in Europe or North America to develop and implement strategic and operational initiatives to deliver our Allegations Management Program, specifically managing the intake and triage of allegations.
This includes overseeing the intake and triage of allegations, managing stakeholders and resources, and handling the case management of matters (e.g., timeline expectations, quality of record keeping, overseeing and maintaining internal systems, triage to the appropriate reviewers).

You will also drive continual enhancements of allegations management processes, including updates to policies or procedures, guidance and standard operating procedures.
Collaboration is a key aspect of this role. You will collaborate with a cross-functional and senior stakeholder group (e.g., Legal, HR, E&C) across the firm in a timely and efficient manner.
