Open Date Feb 23, 2026 Description The Department of Geography at Dartmouth College seeks to appoint one non-tenure track Lecturer. Applicants should specialize in critical human geography and be prepared to teach introductory and mid- to upper-level courses in urban, feminist and cultural geography. This position is full time, non-remote, in-residence at Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH, with start date of September 1, 2026. The expected teaching effort is 5 courses spread over three 10-week quarters (at least one per term), plus some advising of students in the Honors Program (for the equivalent of 1 additional course). This position comes with a competitive salary and benefits. The initial appointment will be for one year with possibility of renewal.
