Your Job

Molex is seeking a Sr Manager, Supply Excellence (AI Supply Chain Function), to lead enterprise-level supply chain transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on AI-driven innovation and digital enablement across our global manufacturing network.

In this highly visible leadership role, you will shape and advance Molex's end-to-end planning and execution capabilities by driving global standardization, governance, and advanced analytics across business units and regions. You will serve as a strategic advisor to senior supply chain and business leaders, influencing technology investments, operating model design, and long-term roadmap development.

This role offers direct ownership of high-impact AI and digital transformation initiatives, with executive-level partnership and exposure across the organization. You will play a central role in defining the future-state operating model of Molex's global supply chain, building scalable capabilities that drive operational excellence, resilience, and profitable growth.

This individual contributor leadership position reports to the Sr. Director of Global S&OP and is based in Lisle, Illinois.

What You Will Do

  • Lead enterprise-wide supply chain excellence and digital transformation initiatives, architecting and scaling AI/ML-driven planning, predictive analytics, and decision-automation solutions across global planning and execution functions.
  • Serve as a senior strategic advisor to supply chain and business leadership on system modernization, operating model design, and digital roadmap development, aligning technical solutions with supply chain best practices.
  • Design and deliver advanced analytics and scenario modeling, translating complex insights into executive-level recommendations that shape investment decisions and long-term strategy.
  • Define and operationalize global data standards, governance frameworks, KPIs, and scalable operating models, driving consistency, transparency, and data integrity across regions and business units.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional transformation programs including ERP modernization, advanced planning systems (APS), automation initiatives, and AI-enabled analytics integration, from strategy through sustained adoption.
  • Partner with IT and data teams to embed AI solutions into core planning and execution workflows, ensuring scalable architecture and long-term digital capability.
  • Independently assess global site performance, digital maturity, and operational capability, identifying transformation priorities and accelerating standardized adoption.
  • Drive organizational change and capability building, mentoring teams and enabling adoption of advanced supply chain methodologies and digital tools.
  • Leverage external benchmarking and industry research (e.g., Gartner) to bring best-in-class supply chain strategies and emerging technologies into the enterprise.
  • Influence across a complex, global matrix without direct authority, aligning stakeholders and acting as a catalyst for sustainable process and technology adoption.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • 5 to 8+ years of supply chain or related experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving results without direct authority
  • Bachelor's degree or higher

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience working within a global, matrixed organization
  • Experience leading enterprise-level digital supply chain or AI-enabled transformation programs
  • Practical knowledge of SAP (MM/PP/SD) or other ERP/MRP systems
  • Experience with advanced planning systems (Kinaxis, IBP, OMP, Blue Yonder, etc.)
  • Strong data analytics and executive storytelling capabilities
  • Experience applying Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma methodologies to drive scalable process improvements
  • Proven success leading change management initiatives and accelerating system adoption
  • Experience working with external benchmarking firms or industry forums (e.g., Gartner)

For this role, we anticipate paying $120,000- $140,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
