Responsibilities Eastman has an immediate opening for a Power Watch Engineer in Indian Orchard, Massachusetts. This position supports Power Plant Operations, a 24/7 co-generation plant providing energy to the facility. Primary Responsibilities Supervise Power Plant wage operating and maintenance personnel Maintain necessary operating and maintenance logs and records Trouble-shoot operating issues quickly and effectively Ensure compliance with all environmental and regulatory requirements Direct work of outside contractors performing maintenance/repair work as necessary Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Massachusetts 3rd Class Stationary Engineer's License is required Massachusetts 1st or 2nd Class Stationary Engineer's License strongly preferred Supervisory experience in a Power Generation Facility preferred Process Control Systems experience preferred Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts and holidays required The base salary range for this position is $88,000 to $121,000.
