WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION
- Lead Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning reviews with sites, program management, sales, and senior/executive leadership.
- Create and maintain forecasts for several product lines.
- Analyze inventory levels, product backlog, and develop viable alternatives for the business.
- Analyze demand trends to improve forecast accuracy.
- Make and revise capacity short, medium and long-term calculations.
- Review and establish inventory planning parameters.
- Use root cause countermeasures to provide solutions to delight our customers.
- Lead, develop and empower supply team members. Create a team culture that cultivates continuous learning and individual growth.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with cross functional teams of product management, sales, pricing, customer service, marketing, operations and finance.
- Lead projects that require application of knowledge and business experience to improve processes.
- Travel up to 10%.
YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Ideally 5+ years of Supply Chain experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- JDE ERP experience preferred.
- Advanced skills using of MS Office Suite applications.
- Experience with data visualization tools and systems such as Tableau, Power BI.
- Experience using Salesforce preferred.
- Ability to communicate written and verbally across different levels of the organization.

Pay Transparency
nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range: $105,000.00 - $195,000.00
Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives. Benefit Overview At nVent, we value our people and their health and well-being.
